Bushra Khilji, an energetic and vibrant trainer, holds an MBA from IBA-Karachi. Bushra has the distinction of training over Three Thousand Bankers, Corporate Executives and Mid Level and Senior Government Officials in her capacity as a Management Counsellor at Pakistan Institute of Management and as a Learning Manager-Talent Development at NIB Bank. She is currently working as the Manager-Organizational Development at TRG where she has made significant contributions in the development and roll out of Corporate Vision, Mission and Core Values.The Resource Group (TRG) Pakistan is the country’s largest provider of BPO services with 4 locations in Karachi and Lahore employing over 1,700 employees providing BPO services to several of the Fortune 1,000 companies.
